In the world of Vtubing and user-generated content (UGC), innovation is at the heart of creators’ expectations. For Artsy Moods, an artist looking to engage his community in an innovative way, we came up with an immersive, interactive project that goes beyond the limits of traditional formats.

A unique immersion experience to foster creativity
The challenge was clear: how to convey the Artsy Moods universe, deeply rooted in a duality between nature and technology, while offering it a solution for interacting with its community live? Our answer was to design a bespoke 3D application, supported by cutting-edge technology and an artistic direction faithful to its identity.
We created two distinct but complementary environments: a lush jungle to embody nature, and an indoor room based on the photogrammetry scan of his design and mix/mastering studio, to represent technology. These two spaces perfectly reflect the dichotomy at the heart of his artistic vision.
A photorealistic avatar for live interaction
To take things a step further, we produced a full 3D scan of the artist himself and his studio. Thanks to MetaHuman, we were able to design a photorealistic avatar faithful to the artist, capable of reproducing his movements in real time. This was made possible by a combination of cutting-edge technologies: a combination of Xsens motion capture and an iPhone XR.
During his streams on Twitch, Artsy Moods can now control his avatar in a 3D space using virtual cameras placed in the Unreal stages. This not only allows him to share his screen, but also to transform his avatar into the central actor in the universe he is broadcasting to his audience.
Tailor-made support
As well as the technical development, we supported Artsy Moods throughout the project, from defining its needs, integrating its artistic direction, choosing the most appropriate technologies and implementing a fluid process. This project, rich in research and development, pushed back the boundaries of real-time interaction and immersive storytelling.
Towards an evolving community space
The ultimate aim is clear: to create a virtual space capable of hosting the Artsy Moods community while remaining open to other emerging artists. This environment should become a true place of collaborative artistic expression, a digital extension of its creativity.
